At BOMA Canada‘s BOMEX Building Excellence Summit held in Calgary last month, we were honoured to receive two TOBY awards – TOBY stands for “The Outstanding Building of the Year”!

We congratulate our teams at Livingston Place in Calgary who earned the TOBY award in the 500,000-1,000,000 square feet category and our teams at Southcore Financial Centre in Toronto who received the TOBY distinction in the over 1,000,000 square feet category.

We are honoured to receive this recognition and are grateful to all our dedicated property teams and operators from across Canada.  It is their commitment to excellence which allows us to be recognized for making meaningful contributions to the communities we serve.
