Neal Gilmore joined QuadReal in September 2022. As Senior Vice President, Enterprise Data & Analytics, he is responsible for leading the company’s enterprise data and analytics function to improve business insight generation and realize tangible value for the organization and its employees.     

Prior to joining QuadReal, Neal was the Senior Principal in the Insights and Data Global Practice at a global consulting firm where he led transformational change programs and delivered innovative solutions to complex business problems. Previously, he was the Head of Data Science and Engineering at a global hedge fund and held senior positions with RBC and IBM. 

Neal holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University, a Master of Business Administration from Western University’s Richard Ivey School of Business and a Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence from Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business. He currently volunteers as an assistant coach at the Oakville Crusaders Rugby Club.
