Dean Holmes joined QuadReal in 2018 and Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities in January 2022. As Senior Vice President, Residential Operations, QuadReal, and Executive Vice President, Parkbridge, he oversees the combined operations and performance of the Canadian residential, resort, and senior housing portfolios, guiding teams with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to residents and guests.

He was formerly the Senior Vice President of Operations with Campus Apartments where he oversaw operations for the firm’s national student housing portfolio. Dean was also the Chief Operating Officer with Equus Capital Partners/Madison Apartment Group and a Division Vice President with Berkshire Property Advisors.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from the University of Maryland and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He is a Certified Property Manager and serves on the Board of Directors for Article Student Living and the Multifamily Advisory Board for TransUnion.
