“Hello, Real Estate Dragons” were the words Anthony Lanni, our SVP, Residential, and two other real estate executives were greeted with earlier this month in Toronto.

As part of a stimulating and interactive ‘Dragon’s Den’ styled-presentation during the Canadian Apartment Investment Conference, the three real estate ‘Dragons’ were pitched different development concepts.

Using his extensive real estate background and expertise, Anthony evaluated many factors of the complex including overall growth potential, average rent, size and access to public transportation.  In the end, Anthony made offers on all three projects as he saw enormous potential in them as multi-family developments.
