Parkbridge Raises the Standard in Modular Housing Design with the introduction of a New Model Home

Woodgrove house

Canada’s leading modular housing developer and community builder, Parkbridge, has just introduced a new model home design that will enable the company to develop more communities at scale.

Wood-framed and energy-efficient, the new design can be modular, prefabricated, factory-built, or site-built, depending on the needs of each community. This innovative approach provides a versatile solution without replicating existing market offerings. What’s more, depending on the foundation and model type this new home can be constructed in as little as three months.

Ultimately, this will help Parkbridge accelerate their development pipeline and in turn provide Canadians with a way to get on the housing ladder sooner by purchasing a high-quality, exceptional value home in a safe and amenity-rich Parkbridge community.

The first homes built using this new design, the Woodgrove Model, are now on sale at Huron Haven Village, a retirement community in Goderich, Ontario, from $357,900. These two-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalows with over 1,100 square feet of optimized open-concept living space offer today’s consumers unbeatable value.

Eric Malcolmson, Senior Vice President of Development at Parkbridge, shared his thoughts on the new product development: “the introduction of this new model home is significant as its adaptable design will enable us to develop new communities at scale. This innovation reflects our ongoing commitment to providing attainable living options for Canadians.”

An operating platform of QuadReal Property Group, Parkbridge has over 25 years of experience as a vertically integrated developer and owner operator of 90 residential and resort communities in six provinces from coast to coast. The company has a development pipeline of over 5,600 homes currently in production.
