This year, QuadReal was selected as finalists in the following categories:

1. 1. On-site Employee of the Year recognizing Vanessa Sullivan, Community Manager at Regency on Main in Hamilton, Ontario
   2. Renovation of the Year recognizing the penthouse suite at Bretton Place in Toronto, Ontario
   3. Property Manager of the Year recognizing Deborah Diaz, Regional Community Manager at Widdicombe Place in Etobicoke, Ontario
