Pankaj Maharjan joined QuadReal in August 2022. As Senior Vice President, International Portfolio Management, he is focused on portfolio strategy, capital planning and performance measurement for QuadReal’s international assets.

Pankaj brings nearly 20 years of experience across multiple sectors in the real estate industry. He was formerly the Managing Director, Asset Management of American Hotel Income Properties REIT (AHIP) where he was responsible for the performance of the portfolio, capital planning and overseeing third-party management teams. Prior to AHIP, Pankaj worked for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). As part of ADIA’s Global Real Estate team, he focused on research and strategy, investments, allocations, and forecasting for their global hotel portfolio. Pankaj has also held positions with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Ernst & Young.

Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. He is also a member of the INREV’s Performance Measurement Committee.
