Attainable Home Ownership

We partner with Parkbridge, one of Canada’s leading developers and operators of residential communities, to manage their network of properties situated in semi-rural locations in six provinces from coast to coast. Homes within a Parkbridge community are available for purchase on a land lease basis. Residents own their house and pay a monthly land lease rent for the land it is built on. Buying a home on a land lease basis offers considerable savings, enabling more consumers to get on the housing ladder sooner while still enjoying all the benefits of living in a professionally managed community.
