QuadReal Property Group (“QuadReal”) has once again earned a leading ranking in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment, an internationally recognized framework used by investors to evaluate the sustainability performance of assets. This marks the sixth consecutive year that QuadReal’s diversified portfolio across office, industrial, retail, and residential assets has outperformed benchmark averages.

The 2025 results build on QuadReal’s previous GRESB successes and highlight the company’s ongoing progress towards its ESG goals, including a 50 per cent carbon reduction across its directly managed Canadian operations by 2030 and achieving net-zero emissions globally by 2050 for its directly managed portfolio.

- Green Building Certifications: Over 95% of QuadReal’s Canadian portfolio is green-certified, demonstrating commitment to high-performing, sustainable properties.
- Health and Wellness: More than 80% of QuadReal’s Canadian multi-tenanted office portfolio is Fitwel certified, and over 90% of its multi-family residential portfolio has been benchmarked to Fitwel.
- Net Zero Technology Committee: Piloting and evaluating innovations that support QuadReal’s net-zero capital planning initiatives.
