Andres Rodriguez

Andres has been with QuadReal since its start, where he has influenced the performance of the company’s real estate assets in Canada and internationally. Among his most notable achievements is the convergence of building networks across the office portfolio—a project spanning three years, even through the challenges of the pandemic. He is consistently proud of his team’s ability to execute large-scale projects with precision.

As an analyst on the U.S. Real Estate Debt team, Lauren plays a key role in fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Outside of work, she’s channeling her energy into training for the New York Marathon this November.
