QuadReal announces the sale of The Post

QuadReal Property Group (QuadReal), a global real estate investment, development and operating company today announced the sale of The Post, a landmark mixed-use office and retail property in downtown Vancouver. QuadReal will remain as the property manager to ensure continuity of service excellence for both tenants and building community.

Developed by QuadReal, The Post project was one of the most ambitious heritage redevelopments in Canada’s history. Originally built in 1958, The Post was designed by McCarter Nairne & Partners, a leading architectural firm in Vancouver. The redevelopment, which began to welcome occupants in 2023, renewed and restored many iconic building features while adding 1.1 million sq. ft. of office space and a large retail atrium, creating a new hub of commerce and activity within the city.
