Brisbane’s newest build-to-rent tower, Exhibition Place, is officially complete, with residents now moving in. The 37-storey development has been delivered by Lendlease and QuadReal Property Group (QuadReal), a global real estate investment, development and operating company.
Located within Brisbane Showgrounds, the tower adds 443 purpose-built, professionally managed rental homes to one of the city’s fastest-growing precincts with easy access to transport, jobs and entertainment.
Designed with wellbeing at its core, Exhibition Place features a dedicated wellness level with a 25-metre lap pool with beach entry, outdoor spa, fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room and cold plunge, bringing together spaces for exercise, recovery and relaxation.
At the top of the tower, residents can unwind or entertain in a rooftop lounge, private dining room, home theatre and outdoor BBQ areas with panoramic views across Brisbane.

Designed by award-winning architecture firm Cottee Parker, the development is fully electric and is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Buildings rating.
Lendlease is the developer and long-term investment manager for the project, which is being delivered in partnership with QuadReal. The investment will be managed as part of Lendlease’s growing mandates business.
The partnership draws on QuadReal’s experience developing and managing more than 65,000 multifamily residential units globally, together with Lendlease’s deep sector expertise and its more than 4,600 build-to rent homes in delivery or under management across Australia and the United States.
