QuadReal’s Canadian Residential portfolio receives multiple awards for Exceptional Resident Satisfaction

Customer experience leaders, Kingsley Surveys and Reputation, have recognized over 30 of our communities and RV resorts within QuadReal’s Canadian residential portfolio as part of their 2025 awards programs.
Kingsley Excellence Award
For the sixth consecutive year, numerous QuadReal multifamily communities have surpassed the Kingsley Index™ for resident satisfaction. This year, 35 communities received a 2025 Kingsley Excellence Award. Since 2020, 24 of QuadReal’s communities have received a Kingsley Excellence Award for either five or six years consecutively.
The Kingsley Index™ is the most comprehensive performance benchmarking database in the real estate industry, representing more than 6 million prospects and residents surveyed annually. The awards recognize companies across North America that continually exceed industry standards and consistently deliver outstanding customer experience.
Reputation 800 Award
In addition, 13 communities and RV resorts within the Canadian residential portfolio received Reputation 800 Awards in 2025. To determine 800 Award honorees, Reputation pulls a list of the Reputation Scores for every business location on the Reputation platform. Those that are honoured will have achieved a score of 800 or higher due to their focus on high customer satisfaction throughout the past year.
Notably, this is the third consecutive year that our 57 Charles at Bay community has been included in this ranking. In addition, three of our Parkbridge resorts – Bailey’s Bay, Silent Valley and Pioneer Point – have received an 800 Award for the first time in 2025.
