We are thrilled to share that customer experience leaders, Grace Hill and Reputation, have recognized 41 of our properties and RV resorts within QuadReal’s Canadian residential portfolio in their 2026 awards.  

Grace Hill Excellence and Kingsley Excellence Awards highlight resident experience leadership 

We are proud to report that 34 QuadReal multifamily communities have surpassed the Kingsley Index™ for resident satisfaction. This represents over 87% of QuadReal’s Canadian multifamily portfolio.

The Kingsley Index™ is the most comprehensive performance benchmarking database in the real estate industry, representing more than seven million prospects and resident surveys annually. This is the seventh year in a row that our communities have earned this recognition. 

This year, we’re excited to share that a new recognition has been added to our list of achievements. Two of our multifamily communities—Lexington Grand and Residences on Bloor–have also received a Grace Hill Excellence Award 95% Club. To be featured in the Grace Hill Excellence Award 95% Club, winners must rank within the top 5% for overall resident satisfaction across all properties surveyed through Grace Hill. 

The awards recognize companies across North America that continually exceed industry standards and consistently deliver outstanding customer experience. 

Reputation 800 Awards demonstrate operational excellence at scale  

Further demonstrating our commitment to operational excellence, 22 multifamily properties, land lease communities, and resorts in our Canadian residential portfolio have also received Reputation 800 Awards this year—the highest number we have ever achieved, surpassing last year’s total of 13 communities.  

800 Award honourees are determined by reviewing the Reputation Scores of every business location included in its platform. Locations that earn the distinction have achieved a score of 800 or higher, reflecting a sustained commitment to high customer satisfaction over the past year.  

Notably, 11 of our communities are receiving this recognition for the first time. Plus, it’s the first time a residential land lease community from Parkbridge, an operating platform of QuadReal, has also been recognized.
