In 2025, QuadReal acquired full ownership of Realstar’s UK and European residential operating platform and the UNCLE brand. We are pleased to announce that the platform is now fully integrated into QuadReal’s multi-family strategy as QuadReal Residential Properties.
This is not simply a new name for an existing business. The launch of QuadReal Residential Properties in the UK reflects an evolution to a fully integrated owner-operated platform aligned with QuadReal’s global strategy and long-term vision for growth in the UK purpose built rental and student living market.
